What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order via our Contact page. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital gift cards are available in various denominations and are delivered instantly via email.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.95. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days after processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to international markets in the future.

How do I choose the right size bed for my pet?
Measure your pet from nose to tail while they are in their natural sleeping position, then add 6 to 12 inches. Check our Size Guide for detailed recommendations by breed and weight.
Are your products safe for pets with allergies?
Our beds use hypoallergenic materials and all covers are machine washable, which helps reduce allergen buildup. Always consult your veterinarian for specific allergy concerns.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean my pet bed?
All our bed covers are removable and machine washable. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and tumble drying on low heat. The foam inserts can be spot cleaned.
How often should I wash my pet’s bed?
We recommend washing the cover every 2 to 4 weeks, or more frequently if your pet sheds heavily or has been outdoors.
